How to Initiate a Return

We will then provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send returns back to the sender's address, as this may result in delays. Wait for our confirmation before shipping your item.

Uncollected Parcels: If a parcel is not collected or accepted by the recipient, it will be returned to our supplier. In such cases, a $20 AUD fee will be deducted from your refund (if a refund is initiated).

Refund Timeline: Due to a high volume of returns, refunds may take up to 20 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Shipping Origin: Our products are shipped from our overseas warehouse, which may result in longer transit times. If the item is already in transit, cancellations are not possible. Please wait until the item is delivered before initiating a return request.
Cancellation and Refund Process
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please notify us promptly via email. All returns must be sent to our central warehouse at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product, excluding any additional shipping charges.
